Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for the full process of cost control and commercial management of the project, including preparation and review of project budget, cost forecasting and cost analysis report, contract management, engineering changes and payment applications, and tracking project costs, analyzing deviations and proposing optimization suggestions. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the full process of cost control and commercial management of the project Prepare and review project budget, cost forecasting and cost analysis report Manage contracts, engineering changes and payment applications Track project costs, analyze deviations and propose optimization suggestions Work closely with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure project cost targets are achieved Assist in managing project cash flow and commercial risks Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline At least two years of experience in the residential construction industry Familiar with the residential construction process and commercial management process in New Zealand Familiar with contract management, Progress Claims, Variations and cost control Welcome applicants with Project Manager, Site Manager or on-site construction experience, the company provides complete QS training Good data analysis skills and commercial thinking Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills Proactive, responsible, and able to handle project business affairs independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
