Electrical Counter Sales – Rotorua Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start Are you passionate about customer service and have a background in electrical products or the electrical industry? We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Electrical Counter Sales team member to join a leading electrical company in Rotorua. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established business, assisting electricians, contractors, and trade customers with their electrical supply needs while building strong customer relationships. About the Role As the first point of contact for customers, you'll provide outstanding service, process sales, and help customers find the right products for their projects. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced trade environment. Key Responsibilities Assisting trade and retail customers at the sales counter. Providing product advice and recommending suitable electrical products. Processing sales, quotes, and customer orders. Answering phone and email enquiries. Receiving and replenishing stock. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented trade counter. Working closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service. What We're Looking For Previous experience in counter sales, customer service, or electrical wholesale. Electrical trade knowledge or experience with electrical products is highly desirable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Reliable with a great work ethic. Full Class 1 Driver's Licence preferred. Able to pass a pre-employment drug test. What's in It for You?
