Our services are diverse, our clinics are welcoming, and the people we help are unforgettable. The Role As a Receptionist , you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our clients meet. Based in our New Plymouth clinic, you’ll provide exceptional customer service by welcoming patients, checking them in, managing calls, and booking appointments efficiently. You’ll also support the team with a range of administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly. Monday: 8am - 6pm Tuesday: 8am - 6pm There may also be opportunities to pick up additional casual shifts. About You You’re professional, positive, and passionate about helping people. You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and know how to stay organised under pressure. You take pride in your attention to detail and enjoy being part of a team that makes a difference every day. To be successful, you’ll bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and confident phone manner Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills Previous experience with Gensolve Practice Management System (advantageous but not essential – training provided) This role offers variety and challenge — no two days are the same!
