Beef Finishing Specialist - Titoki Farm

About the Role Grow your beef finishing skills and take the next step in your farming career. You’ll work with a supportive Farm Manager and be part of the day‑to‑day running of Titoki Farm, covering around 553 hectares and wintering about 2,000 bulls. Your tasks include stock work, animal health, grazing plans, pasture management, weight monitoring and general farm maintenance. Responsibilities Assist with daily stock work and animal health routines. Develop and implement grazing plans and pasture management strategies. Monitor animal weights and maintain accurate records. Support general farm maintenance activities. Use Pāmu systems and farming software such as TruTest and FarmIQ to record farm information. Qualifications Experience in a similar farming role or willingness to learn. Ability to work with one to two working dogs or willingness to build a team. Interest in beef finishing and modern grazing systems. Good communication skills and a team approach. Practical approach to health, safety and animal welfare.
