Recruit Plus Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Auckland to lead cost control and commercial management for residential projects. You will prepare budgets, forecasts and cost analyses, manage contracts and variations, and monitor cash flow with project teams and subcontractors. Applicants should have a relevant degree, 2+ years’ NZ residential experience, and strong data analysis and bilingual English/Chinese communication skills.
