Drainage Field Crew Location: Auckland (various locations) Employment Type: Temporary Assignment About the Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking drainage field crew members to join our client's team. This hands‑on role involves working across a range of civil drainage projects, including installation, repairs, maintenance, and general site works. Members will be part of a supportive crew where safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Assist operators and supervisors with daily site tasks What We’re Looking For Previous experience in civil construction, drainage, or earthworks preferred Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Good understanding of workplace health and safety Full driver licence preferred Relevant tickets (WTR, confined space, STMS, etc.) advantageous but not essential What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Variety of projects and work locations Opportunities for training and career progression A great team environment with supportive management Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
