Head of Operations, Enliven Home‑Based Care As the Head of Operations for Enliven Home‑Based Care, you will report to the General Manager of Health & Disability and provide senior operational leadership for Enliven’s home‑based services, leading large, distributed teams and ensuring services are safe, efficient, and client‑centered. Key Responsibilities Lead home support and rostering operations at scale Drive service quality, consistency and improvement Lead a constructive, client and safety focused culture Optimise workforce planning, guaranteed hours and travel time Oversee an operating budget of ~USD 30 m Build strong relationships with funders, partners and unions Lead through change, disruption and emergency response Deputise for the GM as required Your Skills and Experience 10+ years experience in operational management Experience leading large, unionised and geographically dispersed teams Values‑based, constructive and collaborative leadership style Strong understanding of home support, rostering and workforce models Proven financial and budget management capability Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills Clinical background is desirable but not essential Highlights of Working With Us We are committed to creating a diverse workplace where you can feel included and valued for your contribution.
