About the Role We're looking for a Leader to take responsibility for our Front-End team, overseeing the daily operation of Checkouts and Customer Services. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering great customer experiences while ensuring the department operates efficiently, accurately and professionally. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role requiring a hands‑on approach. You'll spend time coaching your team, supporting customers, managing operational processes and ensuring the department consistently performs at a high standard. Rostered shifts apply, including at least one weekend day.
