New Zealand Government is seeking a Research Assistant to support conservation mahi on Rakiura Stewart Island. This full-time, short-term role runs from 21 September 2026 to 15 January 2027, with a 10-days-on/4-days-off roster. The position involves field surveys, nest monitoring and setting up cameras, plus data handling and entry, in challenging sub-alpine locations.
