Administration Coordinator, Antenatal & Childhood Screening Programmes - Wellington - NPHS Support programmes that improve health outcomes for whānau across Aotearoa Salary based on the PSA Admin Collective Agreement Permanent, part-time (0.8 FTE) role based in Wellington As the Administration Coordinator – Antenatal & Childhood Screening Programmes, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to a national team delivering critical screening programmes that improve health outcomes for pēpi, tamariki and whānau across Aotearoa. Working closely with the National Manager and programme teams, you will coordinate meetings, manage documentation and reporting, support projects and work programmes, maintain data quality, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service. To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven ability in administration, coordination, or business support roles Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Experience using business systems, maintaining data quality, and supporting reporting processes A commitment to equity, Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and building positive relationships with diverse communities and stakeholders We welcome applications from our diverse Māori, Pacific, disabled, and rainbow communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
