Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Clinical Needs Assessor for Health of Older People on a fixed-term part-time basis. The role supports the Needs Assessment team with service coordination and communication, collaborating with Wairau Hospital, community services, Iwi/Health providers, and other agencies. Experience with older people or disabilities is preferred. The role is fixed-term for up to 12 months, 0.5 FTE (40 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, no on-call. #J-18808-Ljbffr
