Night Fill Assistant - PAK'nSAVE Blenheim Business Unit: PAK'nSAVE Blenheim Job Type: Full Time Job End Date: 16/10/2026 Night Fill Assistant – Full Time ABOUT THE ROLE The primary role of the Night Fill Assistant is to replenish our stock overnight and ensure we start the next day full, fresh, and available. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated staff to fill our shelves on the night-shift – if you’re a bit of a night owl these roles would suit you perfectly. This role predominantly involves good stock rotation, stock filling, stock presentation and loss prevention awareness through safe stock handling practises across the department you will be working in. Working on ladders and lifting is involved so Workplace Health and Safety compliance is essential. These roles are reliant on the individual being time conscious as productivity is key to ensure the store is ready for trade the following day. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who is: Physically fit - this is often hours of walking, unloading pallets, stocking shelves, using ladder trolleys, and regular heavy lifting (up to 20kgs) is involved. Able to work in a team and take direction from the manager. Committed to coming to work every shift with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, ready to get our store set up for the customer the next day. Has excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. Is trustworthy and reliable. Previous grocery or stores/warehouse experience an advantage but not essential. You must have reliable transport.
