About the Role We’re on the lookout for a hands‑on Retail Leader to join our Silverdale team on a fixed‑term basis (parental leave cover). This is a full‑time leadership position, where you’ll be leading a team and ensuring operational excellence within one or more departments. This is a fixed‑term, full‑time role (42.5 hours per week) covering parental leave, with an expected duration of 12 months (August 2026 to August 2027). The role includes weekend work and may involve early‑morning and evening shifts. Store operating hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm, so you can expect a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts. This role reports to the Retail Manager and is responsible for creating a positive, performance‑focused culture. You’ll be mentoring your team, maintaining high merchandising standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience—every time.
