Newly created role with an expandingDesign & Build market leader who has strong growth in Wellington & Manawatū Region, with the location of the role being open to someone based around Palmerston North, Masterton, or Wellington. This is an opportunity to move beyond managing construction and become a key part of a growing regional team—working alongside clients, consultants and construction teams to deliver technically challenging industrial projects from design and planning through to delivery and completion. The Opportunity With secured projects and continued growth throughout the Wellington and Manawatū region, they’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead the design, planning and delivery of major industrial projects while supporting the ongoing growth of the region. Your responsibilities will include: Leading planning, programming and Design & Build project delivery Coordinating consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams Managing project budgets, commercial performance and reporting Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Leading project teams and mentoring emerging staff Promoting a positive culture focused on safety, quality and collaboration Identifying project risks and developing practical solutions before they become problems This is a senior position combining strategic planning with hands‑on project delivery. You’ll enjoy autonomy while having the backing of an experienced national team and proven systems. About You We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and delivering projects the right way.
