Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to take full responsibility for the construction management of residential development projects, ensuring that the projects progress smoothly as planned. The main responsibilities include coordinating owners, design consultants, engineering consultants, subcontractors, and on-site construction teams to ensure efficient collaboration, and formulating and tracking project progress plans, controlling construction quality, cost, and health & safety. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the construction management of residential development projects, ensuring that the projects progress smoothly as planned. Coordinate owners, design consultants, engineering consultants, subcontractors, and on-site construction teams to ensure efficient collaboration. Formulate and track project progress plans, controlling construction quality, cost, and health & safety. Identify and resolve issues in the implementation of the project in a timely manner, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and partners to improve the overall quality of project delivery. Qualifications Hold a New Zealand Resident Visa or have long-term legal work rights. Preferably have a degree in construction management, civil engineering, engineering management, or a related field. Have at least 1 year of experience in residential or commercial construction project management (the specific job level can be adjusted based on experience). Familiar with New Zealand building codes, construction processes, and Health & Safety requirements. Have good English oral and written communication skills and can independently communicate with customers, consultants, and construction teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
