About the Role The Team Coordinator – Office of the Regional Director plays a pivotal role in supporting the effective operation of the regional leadership team. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Regional Director, this position ensures seamless coordination of administrative and business activities across the office. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative and coordination support to the Regional Director's Office. Managing workflows and day-to-day office operations. Coordinating meetings, events, and key business activities. Building effective relationships across teams and stakeholders. Supporting continuous improvement of processes and systems. About You You possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As a confident and clear communicator, you maintain a structured approach to managing a wide range of stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you demonstrate an ability to understand and incorporate te reo Māori in written and verbal communication, ensuring your interactions acknowledge its significance and application within our kaupapa Māori in the workplace. Proven experience in administrative or business support roles, ideally within a large organization. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, with experience in applying Mātauranga Māori approaches. Experience engaging with Iwi, Hapū, Marae, Māori, and community groups, with participation in the health sector considered an advantage.
