Residential Estimator

We are looking for a Residential Estimator to be responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, and budget preparation for residential projects. We hope that you can work closely with the design, project management, and construction teams to optimize project cost plans and provide cost support and commercial advice during the project bidding and early planning stages. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the quantity take-off, cost estimation, and budget preparation of residential projects. Prepare project quotations, tender documents, and cost analysis reports. Responsible for material, equipment, and subcontractor inquiries, price comparisons, and procurement suggestions. Establish and maintain material price, labor cost, and subcontractor databases. Work closely with the design, project management, and construction teams to optimize project cost plans. Provide cost support and commercial advice during the project bidding and early planning stages. Continuously monitor market material and labor cost changes to optimize budget accuracy. Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. At least two years of experience as a Residential Estimator. Familiarity with New Zealand residential construction processes and building material systems. Ability to independently complete quantity take-off and budget quotation. Proficiency in Excel, experience with CostX, Buildxact, Cubit, Procore or similar software is preferred. Good numerical analysis ability and business acumen. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with good communication skills and team spirit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
