We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings. What the role involves: Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base What you’ll bring: Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus) Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous) A genuine interest in cars, or parts Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and keep things accurate A team‑first approach – everyone pitches in here!
