Job Description
About the Role Competitive salary, life and health insurance, and a great location – just out of Taupō. You will be the person who keeps everything running smoothly and helps others do their best work. In this office‑based role in our Taupō pastoral office, you’ll coordinate meetings, travel, training events, office operations, and support teams across 42 farms throughout the North Island. You will build relationships with Operations Managers, Business Managers, analysts, suppliers, farm managers and farm teams, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping keep projects on track. No two days are the same – sometimes you’ll prepare for an important meeting, coordinate travel arrangements, or manage a busy inbox; other times you’ll organize training for on‑farm teams, work with training providers, update business records and databases, or support office accounts alongside our Wellington team. Your work will help create a positive workplace experience for everyone who walks through the door – welcoming visitors, supporting colleagues, and ensuring smooth behind‑the‑scenes operations. You’ll also develop knowledge of New Zealand’s agricultural industry while working with people passionate about what they do. This internal promotion opportunity is ideal for someone looking to step into a more responsible role. About You We’re looking for someone who enjoys being around people, takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment, and has experience in an administration, office coordination, or customer‑facing role. You should bring: Experience in an administration, office coordination or customer‑facing role. Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A friendly, approachable communication style and a genuine desire to help others. A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks. Benefits We offer a competitive salary package, with wellbeing and family‑friendly benefits such as enhanced parental leave, health and life insurance, and up to 4% KiwiSaver matching. You’ll also receive an extra day of leave over Christmas, plus ongoing training and development. Diversity & Inclusion At Pāmu, we value diverse perspectives and welcome applications from people who share our values - even if you don’t meet every single requirement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
