Asphalt Paving Foreperson (Southern Surfacing) We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paving Foreperson to join our Surfacing Team in Christchurch. As the Foreperson, your role is to supervise the team and organise the day to day activities to ensure we meet the customers' expectations. The Role: Day to day supervision of crew members and sub-contractors on site Ensure production targets are met. Oversee construction and plan general activities Make sure the work meets the high quality standards Lead by example and display proactive attitudes towards safety in the workplace About you: 5+ years' asphalt paving experience, including machine and hand lay Experience as a Foreperson Current Class 1 driver's licence and W, T & R Preferred Ability to speak up if something isn't right Ability to plan ahead Team player and good team building skills Physically fit and well What's in it for you?
