We are seeking dedicated, hardworking Registered/Enrolled Nurses to provide clinical support to our clients in our brain injury residential unit Te mahi angitu - The opportunity We would love to welcome a new Nurse to our team to: Provide diverse clinical cares to our residents at Ilam Road. Support clinical decision making and planning around our client's wellbeing Provide key nursing expertise and support for a small group of clients Support and mentor our Enrolled Nurses and Support Workers You will have opportunities to: Develop and extend leadership skills Engage in ongoing education and professional development Responsibilities: You will be based at our residential care facility on Ilam Road in Christchurch, where you will provide leadership and support for residential care, and as required to, of our small group living residents, based in the community You will report directly to the Nurse Lead, whilst working in partnership with our friendly dynamic team of registered and enrolled nurses, Residential Support Leads, Allied health, and Support Workers What we can offer you Competitive pay rates Educational Opportunities Access to on road parking close by Staff Discounts and Gym membership at corporate rates About You Mau - You will: Be committed to working within the mission and vision of the Trust Have a strong commitment to actively work within the uara of the Trust: Manaakitaka We care Kauanuanutia We are respectful Kotahitaka We are inclusive Tika me te Pono We do it right Have a minimum of 2-years nursing experience Have a clean full driver's licence Work well within a diverse team Have excellent communication and time-management skills Be able to work rostered day and night shifts across 7-days.
