Hours: 12.5 hours per week (Monday: 9:00–17:00, Sunday: 10:00–15:30) Responsibilities Help customers find the right products and sizes, providing a friendly, welcoming experience every day. Maintain store standards, keeping displays tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Support operational tasks including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, and daily store duties. Contribute to team goals, helping the store succeed and supporting colleagues. What We\'re Looking For A positive attitude, energy, and a love for helping people. Confidence to engage with customers and share product knowledge. Flexibility to work rostered hours including weekends and public holidays. Teamwork and collaboration skills. What You’ll Deliver in This Role Customer Experience & Sales : Deliver our “Every Day Great Experience” (EDGE) by engaging customers, identifying needs, and providing tailored advice. Achieve personal and team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience. Store Presentation & Standards : Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store. Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions are executed accurately. Operational Support : Assist with stock, deliveries, and transfers. Follow cash-handling procedures and store security practices. Support opening and closing duties as required. Teamwork & Collaboration : Work closely with your Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
