The Role We are hiring 2 Business Development Contractors anywhere in New Zealand. This is a commission contract, not an employee role. You source your own leads. You sign your own clients. You earn per close. After 5 signed clients, the contract converts automatically into a full-time salaried role with the commission structure on top. The salary conversion trigger is written into the contractor agreement up front.
