We're looking for an Associate Client Adviser to join our Client Advice team and work directly with clients to provide quality wealth advice, build lasting relationships, and help more Kiwis make informed financial decisions. You'll work with existing AMP clients, providing guidance on investment and wealth solutions while supporting client retention and growth outcomes. What you’ll be doing Building strong relationships with AMP's clients through proactive contact and ongoing support. Helping clients understand investment and wealth management products in language that's clear and easy to understand. Identifying opportunities to grow and retain client relationships. Conducting phone and Teams-based advice conversations. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver great client outcomes. Maintaining strong knowledge of industry requirements, regulatory obligations, and AMP's advice framework. What we’re looking for A genuine passion for helping people achieve better financial outcomes. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Previous experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Excellent organisation and time-management skills. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach. The ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging way. Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment, ideally with exposure to wealth management products. Qualifications Working towards, or wanting to complete, the Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services. A tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
