Job Overview Permanent, full‑time and part‑time Clinical Psychologist positions are available at Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora in Otahuhu. Remuneration follows the APEX MECA guidelines. The role supports children and adolescents with significant mental health needs across South Auckland, working within a multidisciplinary team and using evidence‑based approaches such as DBT, CBT, PCIT, attachment‑based therapy and family therapy. You will collaborate with families, NGOs, schools and primary care to deliver integrated, community‑based care, while receiving clinical supervision and professional development. Responsibilities Use evidence‑based approaches (DBT, CBT, PCIT, attachment‑based therapy, family therapy) to support children and adolescents with significant mental health needs. Collaborate closely with families, non‑government organisations, schools and primary care providers to deliver integrated, community‑based care. Participate in clinical supervision and professional development under the guidance of your line manager, clinical coordinator and peers in the Integrated Specialist Home Team (ISpEC). Qualifications Registered or eligible for NewZealand Psychology Board registration under the general or clinical scope of practice. Current annual practising certificate or eligibility to apply for one. Minimum 12 months practical experience in clinical psychology or equivalent. Commitment to TeTiriti oWaitangi.
