As we continue to modernise and strengthen how we plan and deliver enterprise change, we’re looking for an experienced Planning & Performance Lead to play a critical role in shaping confident, value‑led delivery across the bank. What you’ll do In this role you’ll provide enterprise‑level planning and performance leadership across short, medium and long‑term horizons. You’ll orchestrate demand, sequencing and dependencies across portfolios, platforms and delivery teams, creating a clear and trusted enterprise delivery roadmap. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise planning and dependency orchestration, ensuring priorities are sequenced effectively and aligned to strategic outcomes. Define and embed planning and performance practices aligned to the ASB Delivery Framework, with clear line‑of‑sight from strategy to execution. Proactively identify and work with stakeholders to resolve cross‑portfolio dependencies, constraints and risks, reducing delivery friction and increasing confidence. Provide performance transparency, with clear views of progress, risks, capacity and outcomes to support timely, high‑quality decision‑making. Partner closely with Tribes, Platforms, Delivery Chapters and leaders to ensure plans are grounded, executable and capacity‑aware. Facilitate enterprise‑level forums, guiding complex conversations, trade‑offs and alignment with senior leaders. Support alignment between funding, demand and capacity, enabling disciplined investment and accurate forecasting. Coach and uplift enterprise planning capability through continuous improvement of tools and ways of working. Qualifications Deep and proven experience across programme, portfolio and enterprise delivery environments. Strong enterprise planning and orchestration capability, including building integrated roadmaps and resolving cross‑portfolio dependencies. A solid grounding in delivery craft, enabling credible partnership with delivery leaders and teams. Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders, driving alignment, decisions and momentum. Experience managing financials, capacity and delivery risk in large, complex organisations.
