Opportunity Build your project coordination experience in a role that offers variety, exposure to technology‑focused projects, practical farm system improvement projects, and the chance to work with people across Pāmu. As part of the Transformation team, you’ll support a mix of practical projects across Pāmu, from farm system changes and land use opportunities through to business process and technology improvements such as the Halter rollout, integrated future farms, and other technology‑focused change projects. You will be involved in planning, coordinating meetings, updating MS Planner, tracking actions, preparing simple project updates, and keeping work moving. You’ll work closely with project managers, the Head of Transformation, people across the business, and external stakeholders. A key part of the role is following up on tasks, keeping people informed, and helping everyone stay on track with what needs to be delivered. You can work from home or from our Wellington office, with flexibility to connect with the team in the way that works best for the work. About us Pāmu Landcorp Farming Limited is a State‑Owned Enterprise with over 110 farms across New Zealand. Our purpose is to lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions for future generations. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities and support project teams to deliver on time. Update and maintain MS Planner and other project tracking tools. Track actions, follow up on tasks and keep stakeholders informed. Prepare project updates and keep work moving forward. Work closely with project managers, the Head of Transformation, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience Experience in a coordination, administration, project support, or similar role. Confident using Microsoft Office and MS Planner. Strong attention to detail and confidence keeping information accurate and up to date. Comfortable following up with people, tracking actions, and helping others meet agreed timeframes. An agile background or understanding of agile ways of working would be helpful, but is not essential. Legal right to work in NewZealand; must be available for an in‑person interview.
