Te Tūranga – The Role Alliance Group has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Offal Supervisor. We are looking for an experienced person based at our Levin Plant to lead the efficient running of operations for the Lamb and Beef processing shift. A great opportunity to grow and expand on your current leadership skills. You will also develop your innovation, proactive and change capability in a multi‑species plant in regional NZ. This shift is a night shift roster that during the year will also cover dayshift and cover for beef slaughter supervisor. Ō pūkenga – About You Attitude is key. You will have good management and leadership skills and a strong belief in health & safety. Supervising, monitoring, and leading a production‑orientated team, you will get a great opportunity to grow the efficiency and productivity of the department. Ideally, you have experience in the food processing industry however appropriate training will be provided. You will ensure product quality standards meet expected levels so our customers get a great product every time. This is done by monitoring and managing process, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Success will be evident in your results as you manage a diverse team across a variety of operations, including boning and packing our quality meat products.
