Working across domestic freight and logistics solutions, you'll take a consultative approach to understanding each customer's operation and developing tailored solutions that deliver real value. What's involved? Developing new business opportunities across the Wellington region Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation Building and growing long-term customer relationships Selling tailored transport and logistics solutions Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Managing your sales pipeline and consistently achieving new business targets What we're looking for Proven success in new business development Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills Experience managing the full sales process from first contact through to securing new business Confidence presenting tailored solutions and negotiating commercial outcomes A self-managing, resilient and accountable approach to sales Experience within road transport, freight forwarding, logistics, warehousing, 3PL or the courier industry will be highly regarded.
