Clinical Nurse Specialist – General Surgery Breast Clinic, Whangarei Hospital Permanent part‑time position (0.9FTE), working 36hours per week. About the Role The Clinical Nurse Specialist (Breast) practices autonomously, delivering nurse‑led clinics for assessment, follow‑up, and surveillance, including comprehensive history taking, breast examination, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans. The role includes ordering and interpreting diagnostic investigations within agreed protocols, initiating treatment, and referring to medical or surgical teams as required, while ensuring timely communication of results and management plans.
