Connect2Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team and provide evidence-based services across telehealth, community visits and centre-based settings. The role is mobile with the option to work from home or hubs, serving children and adults and collaborating with NDIS, Medicare or private referrals.
