Job Description
Enterprise Accounts Manager We’re looking for an Enterprise Accounts Manager to grow and deepen relationships with some of our most valuable corporate clients, helping more people access quality financial advice/wellbeing support. Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of key corporate clients. Drive sales performance and client value across your accounts. Build and expand partnerships by introducing a broader financial wellbeing offering. Lead conversations with senior stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Provide financial advice to high‑value individuals within your corporate portfolio. Identify opportunities to increase engagement, penetration and referrals. Support onboarding of new corporate clients and ensure strong early outcomes. Qualifications Experience in enterprise or B2B sales, preferably within financial services. A track record of building and growing senior client relationships. Strong influencing and communication skills – confident presenting and negotiating. Strategic thinking – able to spot opportunities and shape solutions. Solid understanding of the NZ financial services landscape (incl. KiwiSaver) through experience and/or including a Financial Advice qualification. Ability to navigate complex, matrix environments and work cross‑functionally.
