Location and hours Location: Cardrona Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30hours per week. Rostered hours, including weekends and nights. Overview Live, work and play in the mountains! Responsibilities and role We require an experienced, adaptable Chef de Partie with a broad skill set who loves to work in a busy kitchen. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar fast-paced environment is required. Experience in cooking Kiwi / western cuisine is a must.
