Job Description
Overview This is a fixed‑term People & Capability role until December 2026 at Tauranga, part‑time (32 h week) covering leave. Ideal candidate has experience in P&C/HR Admin/Coordinator and strong data entry, coordination, and customer‑service skills. Responsibilities Payroll data entry and coordination across a 10‑day fortnight, including starters, leavers and changes via a shared inbox. TechOne payroll system testing and troubleshooting. Creation of weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual reports in Excel. Qualifications & Experience Prior use of TechOne Payroll (or a comparable system) with intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PDF. Ability to understand and absorb process, policies and employment terms related to payroll coordination. Knowledge of relevant employment legislation (desirable). Skills Methodical, logical and accurate approach to work. Adaptability to shifting priorities and inbox demands. Excellent customer service; ability to work under pressure to meet payroll deadlines.
