Responsibilities Providing respectful, person‑centred support in daily living activities Assisting with community participation, appointments, and social engagement Supporting personal care needs in a professional and dignified manner Encouraging independence and helping clients work toward their goals Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the team Promoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment You’ll support Tangata with their individual needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required.
