Riviera Hardware Holdings Ltd is seeking a hands-on Retail Leader for our Silverdale store on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave. This full-time role (42.5 hours per week) leads a team across multiple departments, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth daily operations. You'll mentor staff, maintain merchandising standards, and uphold store safety and processes while reporting to the Retail Manager.
