Job Description
Site Coordinator – Wiri (Suntory Oceania) Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our Operations & Fulfilment team based in Wiri, Auckland. This pivotal role is at the heart of our manufacturing and logistics operation, providing coordination and administrative support across the site while helping create a positive, productive and well‑organised workplace. Responsibilities Coordinate site communications and support onboarding and induction activities. Manage workplace services and vendors, and produce reports and presentations. Organise events and ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day site operations. Drive engagement and continuous improvement initiatives, including Family Day and Stop for Suntory Days. Support projects that improve the employee experience and operational performance. Serve as trusted partner to site leadership and key point of contact for employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers. Qualifications Experience in administration, coordination or office support roles. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative approach and confidence working across different teams. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to take initiative. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or operational environments is highly regarded.
