About the Role AsClinical Administration Support, you will apply your attention to detail, skillfor data management and accuracy in supporting our clinical staff in accessingvital patient clinical content which saves lives and improves our patient'scare journey. Thisrole involves producing accurate records, assisting patients and staff withqueries as well as general administrative duties as may be needed. This is a FixedTerm, full-time role for up to 6 months working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE), Monday to Friday, between 8.00AM to 4.30PM. Hours to be discussed. About the Team/Service/ Location Our Clinical Support Servicesteam, plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the patient'sjourney. By providing essential administrative support, we enable clinicalteams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. From coordinating schedulesto managing documentation, we are the backbone of the hospital's dailyoperations. For more information on living and working in Nelson click here About you As Clinical Administration Support, you will: Have a bright, outgoing personality; Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering a consistently high level of customer service; Be a competent typist and possess a sound knowledge of the MSOffice Suite; Be highly empathetic, respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busyworkload. Medicalterminology would be advantageous but not essential. Our preferred applicants will be required to undertake a computer skills assessment. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
