Product Release Officer

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Product Release Officer to join our team based in Glenavy. This role is critical in ensuring product integrity, compliance, and readiness for both domestic and international markets. As a Product Release Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating and grading products against established quality standards, supporting export certification processes, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting customer requirements, and upholding regulatory compliance across multiple markets. This is a collaborative position where you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless product release, strong traceability, and continuous improvement in quality assurance processes. Responsibilities include: Lot (batch) analysis and product release Review lead time exception and early release requests Support traceability as part of product release Maintain accurate certification data and documentation Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), reports, and Transfer Documents Identify issues, elevate risks, and support improvements About you: Previous experience or knowledge of laboratory testing and quality assurance processes Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including Overseas Market Access Requirements (OMARs) Proficient in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for final product release Strong Microsoft Office skills and various data management systems Analytical mindset with sound judgement, proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to learn, optimise, and improve systems and processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement Preference for relevant industry experience What We Offer: Company incentive scheme Health insurance Life insurance Free parking Employee assistance & wellbeing programs Enhanced parental leave provisions Discounted grass-fed butter!!!
