Bloom Hearing Specialists ANZ is seeking a customer service advocate for our Fendalton Clinic in Christchurch. You will engage customers by phone, email, and in person, scheduling hearing assessments and guiding them through devices and accessories. You will support the audiology team, resolve issues, assist with local marketing, and participate in minor repairs with provided training.
