This role can be based in either Auckland or Wellington. This role ideally will be based in Wellington, however Auckland and Christchurch will be considered for the right person. Job Description: Reporting to the Reward Manager,you’llplay a key role in supporting the wider People and Culture team through high-quality reporting,analyticsandremunerationsupport. Around half of this role will focus on people analysis, reporting and insights, with the other key focus being hands‑on involvement in cyclicalremunerationreviews, reward activities, benefitssupportand HRdata processes.You’llhelp turn people data into meaningful insightsand support the smooth delivery of reward cycles across the business. Your day‑to‑day will include: Preparing monthly and ad-hoc people reporting, analysis and insights for leaders. Analysing workforce trends across areas such as turnover, engagement,remunerationand workforce movement. Playing a key role in cyclicalremunerationreviews, including data preparation, validation, analysis,modellingand reporting. Supporting marketremunerationsurvey submissions, benefitsadministrationand reward reporting. Helpingmaintaindata accuracy and integrity across P&C systems,remunerationfilesand reporting tools. Supporting HR technology, data and process improvement initiatives that make reward and reporting activity easier and more efficient. Qualifications: You’llbe analytical,curiousand detail-focused, with the confidence to work across data,systemsand stakeholders. You enjoy solving problems, improvingprocessesand presenting information in a way that helps others make good decisions. You’llideally bring: Experience in HR analytics, reward, reporting or a similar People and Culture role. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets. Experience with HR systems, reporting tools or data visualisation tools such as Power BI. A high levelof accuracy, attention to detail and comfort working with confidential information. Strong communicationskills and the ability to translate data into clear insights. A proactive, continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities. A tertiary qualification in human resources, business, data,analyticsor a related discipline would be helpful.
