You’ll play a key role in coordinating return-to-work programmes, ensuring ACC requirements are met, and supporting continuous improvement in injury management and safety outcomes. Location: Tauranga Status: Full-time, Monday to Friday Specific Responsibilities: Coordinate return-to-work plans alongside managers, ACC/Wellnz, and health providers Monitor and manage injury claims, ensuring files are kept accurate and up to date Complete initial needs assessments and maintain regular contact with injured employees Track medical certificates, physio treatments, and related documentation Support first week payments and liaise with Payroll and People & Culture Provide regular updates to managers on injury progress and expected return dates Assist with ACC audit preparation and ongoing compliance requirements Who we’re after: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Experience in administration, ideally within H&S or injury management Confident working across multiple stakeholders and building relationships Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with ACC or workplace rehabilitation is advantageous About us Qube Ports NZ is a nationwide service provider offering a comprehensive range of cargo logistics, stevedoring, marshalling, transportation, warehousing services, and IT solutions.
