Sales and Marketing Representative

Taranakipine is looking for a motivated Sales &Marketing Representative to join our team and support the growth of ourvalue-added wood products business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to buildtheir career in sales and marketing. Working alongside the Market Manager, youwill develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, supportmarketing initiatives, and help strengthen the Taranakipine brand across NewZealand. The role includes regular travel throughout the NorthIsland, connecting with customers, understanding market needs, and representingTaranakipine within the building and construction sector. Responsibilities Buildstrong relationships with merchants, builders, architects, designers, andindustry partners. Visitcustomers, provide support, and identify new business opportunities. Assistwith sales growth, account management, forecasting, and market reporting. Gathercustomer feedback and market insights to help improve our products andservices. Marketing & Brand Support Supportsales and marketing campaigns and customer communications. Helpmaintain digital content, product information, and promotional materials. Assistwith trade shows, customer events, product launches, and new productdevelopment activities. EnsureTaranakipine’s brand is consistently represented across all customertouchpoints. What You’ll Bring You are a people-focused, organised, and enthusiasticindividual who enjoys building relationships and learning about customers andmarkets. You will bring: Experiencein customer service, sales support, retail sales, marketing, or accountcoordination. Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills. Confidenceusing technology and learning new systems. Aproactive attitude and willingness to learn. Theability to work independently and as part of a team. Awillingness to travel regularly. Experience or an interest in construction, manufacturing, orbuilding products would be an advantage.
