Tauranga Hospital in Bay of Plenty seeks an experienced Registered Social Worker to join the Allied Health Inpatient Social Work team. The role is 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday, across hospital wards to support patients and whānau through complex health journeys. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, apply crisis intervention, and help link patients with hospital and community services.
