Job Description

About the Organisation BlackBull Markets is a fast-growing multi-asset trading business with offices across New Zealand, Cyprus, Dubai, and Mexico. The team is ambitious and moving quickly, backed by a founder-led leadership team that values people who take ownership. Description This is a newly created role for BlackBull, reflecting the pace of growth across the group and the need for someone to own the people function day to day. About The Role This is a hands‑on, sole‑charge role covering three connected areas: HR administration, office management, and executive support to the CEO and COO. Working closely with the leadership team and a fractional Head of People, you will be the go‑to person for anything people or workplace related across a genuinely global business. This is not a purely back‑office HR role. It is for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, enjoys variety, and wants to build the operational engine of a fast‑growing, ambitious business. Key Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day HR administration, including HRIS management (Rippling), employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, and leave administration. Coordinate recruitment activity for operational and support roles, including job postings, candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer administration, working with external recruitment partners as needed. Provide first‑line response to manager and employee queries, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the Head of People. Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Auckland office, including reception, visitor management, vendor and supplier relationships, and health and safety administration. Provide executive support to the CEO and COO, including diary management, travel coordination, correspondence, and meeting logistics. Handle confidential information with discretion at all times. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in a combined HR administration, office management, or executive support role. Demonstrated experience supporting executives at C‑suite level, including diary and travel coordination. Working knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation. Comfortable operating sole charge, with the confidence to escalates when needed. Resourceful and adaptable, able to work across a fast‑paced, global team. Strong organisational and communication skills. Permanent right to work in New Zealand. Why Apply This is a rare opportunity to build and own the operational engine of a genuinely global, high‑growth business. Rather than stepping into an established structure, you will help shape how HR, office, and executive support work as the company scales across multiple markets. You will have direct access to senior leadership, real autonomy, and genuine variety in the role. Apply now, or contact Eden McKee for a confidential conversation, [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
