JDK Maintenance, a family‑owned New Zealand business with offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Waikato, is hiring multi‑skill maintenance and landscaping team members. The role covers a wide range of building maintenance, shop fit‑out, and outdoor maintenance tasks. Required Trades & Skills Painting Plastering Building (concreting, cabinetry, steel work, etc.) Waterblasting / Graffiti removal Tiling Landscaping (lawn mowing, hedge trimming, gardening, mulching) Responsibilities Work independently or as part of a team, including supervising small teams when required. Perform daily tasks such as painting, building, plastering, waterblasting, tiling, general maintenance, landscaping, and shop fit‑out work. Communicate clearly with customers and the JDK office. Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Use company tools and vehicles safely after training. Good customer‑facing skills to represent JDK professionally on site. A logical, organised approach to daily work and ability to shift priorities. Full driver’s licence. Physically fit, presentable, dependable and trustworthy. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Locations: Auckland, Wellington and Waikato.
