Job Description
Southern Institute of Technology is seeking a part-time Kitchen Hand at the Telford campus near Balclutha, Otago. The role covers 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday) and reports to the Kitchen Supervisor. Duties include cleaning and sanitising food prep stations, serving areas, equipment, and the dining room, with some minor food preparation.
