Club Lead - Millwater

Working Hours Mon–Wed: 1:30pm – 7:00pm. Fri9:00am – 2:30pm. Responsibilities Work closely with the Club Manager to drive an exceptional member experience and build stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses. Deliver on the agreed number of new membership sales and member growth on a regular basis, reporting to the Regional Performance Manager. Maintain a positive club culture by engaging in key events and promotions. Perform regular in‑club operations tasks to ensure all areas remain clean and hygienic, and that equipment and club repairs are updated and scheduled regularly. Qualifications NewZealand citizen, resident or holder of an open long‑term work visa. Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR and defibrillator (NZQA unit standards6401 and6402). Excellent customer‑service skills and a natural sales talent. Self‑motivated and disciplined, able to thrive in a sole role with a focus on customer engagement. Available to work 20hours per week, with weekends off, on a part‑time basis. Key interest in the health and fitness industry. Benefits Competitive commission for achieved KPIs.
