Full-time / Part-time - Commission based role with uncapped earnings Office + Work From Home Flexibility We're Hiring - But this isn't for everyone We’re building a high-performance team of appointment setters. We are pleased to announce that we are now looking for additional members to join our growing team! Our new hires from our previous intake have already made massive progress on their certification while setting new records in our company! This role is primarily phone-based and involves speaking with everyday Kiwis, building rapport, and helping organise additional financial review services with our adviser team. You won’t be cold-calling random people. You’ll be speaking to people who are seeking out our KiwiSaver or insurance services. If you enjoy talking with people, building trust, and creating positive customer experiences then keep reading. What You’ll Be Doing Calling people that have expressed their interest in our services Booking phone, video, and in-person appointments Following proven scripts and systems Updating client notes and information in our CRM Providing a positive and professional customer experience This is NOT a hard sales role. Your focus is relationship-building, communication, and client engagement. What You’ll Gain Strong communication and customer relationship skills Exposure to the financial services industry Ongoing coaching and support Flexible work arrangements (including WFH opportunities for suitable candidates) Opportunity to grow into larger roles within the business over time Most setters earn around $1,200 - $1,500 per week Who This Suits People with customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centre experience People who have previous work experience in New Zealand is ideal but not required Strong communicators who can build rapport naturally Friendly, reliable, and coachable individuals People comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the day Candidates with a basic understanding of KiwiSaver or who actively contribute themselves (beneficial but not required) Who This Doesn’t Suit People who dislike speaking with customers Those looking for a passive “sit around” office role Individuals who struggle with communication or follow-up People unwilling to learn systems and scripts No Finance Experience Required You do not need previous experience in finance or insurance. Many successful team members have come from: Retail Hospitality Reception/admin roles Reliability Ability to connect with people We can teach the industry knowledge.
