Afternoon Machine Operator – Electronics Location: Canterbury, Christchurch City. Type: Full time. Job Description We are currently seeking two experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established and highly regarded electronics manufacturing company. Pay Rate: $28.70 per hour (including shift allowance) Shifts: Training: Day Shift – 7:30am to 4:00pm Permanent Shift: Afternoon Shift – 1:30pm to 10:00pm Please note: Training will be completed on the day shift. Once training is finished, this is a permanent afternoon shift position, with no opportunity to move back to the day shift. Key Responsibilities Operate a resin coating machine Perform scanning and product inspections Complete basic assembly tasks Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met About You Previous machine operating experience, ideally within an electronics manufacturing or similarly regulated production environment High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable, mature, and able to follow detailed work instructions Available to work the permanent afternoon shift If you're looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a respected manufacturer, we'd love to hear from you.
